Insurance and Billing
Our office does not participate in any PPO or DMO plans. Our staff will gladly submit insurance forms for reimbursement on your behalf. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We accept checks, cash, MasterCard, VISA and Discover. We offer third party financing through CareCredit. We also work with Chase Financial Services.
